indieSoccer Support
Help with your account, games, safety controls, and the app.
Tell us what happened.
We use one monitored inbox for support, privacy, safety, and legal questions.
App or account issue
When you email us, include your device model, iOS version, indieSoccer app version, what you expected, what happened, and the steps that led to the problem.
Do not send your password, verification codes, complete payment-card information, or another person’s private information.
Report a player or game
Use Report User on a player profile or Report an Issue on a game. Describe what happened, when it happened, and the details you directly observed.
Reports are reviewed for safety and account enforcement. They are not an emergency channel and may not receive an individual reply.
Block another player
Open the player’s profile and use the block control. You can review blocked accounts from Settings → Blocked Users.
Delete your account
Open indieSoccer and go to Settings → Delete Account. Follow the confirmation and reauthentication steps shown for your sign-in method.
Deletion removes the account and associated app data, subject to short operational delays and limited security, enforcement, legal, or backup exceptions described in the Privacy Policy.
Location or notification trouble
Review location access, notification authorization, and Nearby Game Alerts in indieSoccer. You can also change indieSoccer’s permissions in the iPhone Settings app.
Purchases
Apple processes App Store purchases and refunds. Use the restore-purchases control in indieSoccer when an eligible purchase does not appear, or review your purchase history and subscriptions through your Apple Account.
Safety
Games and locations come from users.
indieSoccer does not organize or supervise games and does not verify that a location is open, permitted, suitable, or safe. Before attending, confirm permission to use the property, follow posted rules, inspect current conditions, and decide whether participation is appropriate for you.
If anyone is in immediate danger, leave the area and contact local emergency services. indieSoccer does not provide emergency response or real-time safety monitoring.
indieSoccer is operated by Rush Farinella in the United States.
